President
The president is the authorized volunteer leader of the Express Network and thus serves as the league’s liaison, responsible for facilitating communication between National and her Express Network. She directs the officers, committees and members in achieving the network’s plan goals. She is responsible for maintaining the network’s strength and vitality by striving for level 1, 2 or 3 Best Practices. If she cannot maintain her membership and/or fulfill her duties for this position, she must resign her position immediately.
 
President-Elect
The president-elect is responsible for assisting the president in fulfilling her responsibilities, overseeing committees and projects spearheaded by the Express Network and procuring new members, and serving as the hostess in monthly Express Network meetings.
 
VP of Communication
The vice president of communication is responsible for transcribing the Express Network monthly meeting and Board meeting minutes and any official correspondence on behalf of the Express Network. She also assists the vice president-elect in her hostess duties.
 
VP of Finance
The vice president of finance is the custodian of the financial records and is responsible for all of the Express Network’s money. She advises the Executive Board and members on the finances, and budget related matters related to the Express Network. She will serve as the cosigner on all checks and financial transactions for the Express Network.
 
VP of Programming
The vice president of programming is primarily responsible for identifying and securing speakers/facilitators to deliver business/market relevant programming at each of the scheduled league meetings.
 
VP of Marketing/Public RelationsThe vice president of marketing/public relations is responsible for increasing the visibility of the Express Network and its members within the local community utilizing a variety of communication channels (print, social media, website, etc.).
 
VP of Membership
The vice president of membership is responsible for growing the league’s membership by organizing membership campaigns hosted by the network and/or participation in community outreach events (e.g., Biz Mentoring Monday). Requirements include inviting guests to network events, maintain league roster/directory and coordinate new member orientations &
